General DescriptionFamily owned from new, excellently presented and well maintained, considerable works undertaken during 2012/13 . General annual maintenance includes servicing or replacing sea/stopcocks, toilet, valves etc, In recent years hull blasted back to gel coat and re-anti fouled , cockpit and coachroof fully re-epoxied. Running rigging lines replaced, sails and covers regularly valeted electrical system has had new batteries, charger, calorifier and navigation lights in recent years. A proven and reliable cruiser she has been cruised in the UK, Europe and the Atlantic regions. Double skin construction, teak side-decks, toe rail, cockpit seats and cockpit grating. Cast iron fin keel with bulb. Tiller steering. Self draining cockpit. Lockable large stern cockpit locker containing additional battery. Stowage for 2 gas cylinders. Lockable deep side locker stowage. Spacious combing stowage. Full cockpit cover with big windows. Tailor made cockpit table with removable legs. Rope-tidy bags. GALLEY: Gimballed Plastimo gas cooker with 2-burners, oven and grill, twin stainless steel sinks with hot/cold water supply, replaceable under-sink water filter and salt water tap, 12v built in fridge, separate deep cool box. Deep and spacious rubbish container. Smoked Perspex covered deep storage and shelving for cutlery and food items, kitchen roll holder and spice rack.
HEADS: Newly refurbished wall and shelf surfaces, new marine toilet, basin with hot and cold water supply and shower head attachment, electric shower pump out, toilet roll holder, towel hooks, vent.
Spacious NAV area: seat with cushion and underneath locker/Winch handle storage. Nav table with ample space for charts etc. Side stowage space.
SAILS (all valeted and highly well maintained): Hood fully battened mainsail with Fredriksen fittings, Spare mainsail, Hood furling genoa, Cruising chute, Tri sail, Storm jib. New/unused 3-colour MPS with snuffer and sailbag by Hood sails in 2001- by separate negotiation.

Main works done recently: The port side chain plate replaced, re-bedded and bulkhead strengthened. Cutlass bearing renewed. Skeg refurbished / alumininium plate and fastenings. New cap shrouds and backstay fitted. Teak decking/caulking re-furbished. Engine sea cock and skin fitting replaced. Heads refurbished / new toilet installed. New flooring in main cabin. New air vents by heads. Starboard side cabin windows stripped, resealed rebedded and refitted. Shorepower plug and socket replaced. New immersion element fitted. Tiller refurbished. New treadmaster to companionway steps. New insulation inside engine compartment. Cabin table refurbished. New steaming light fitted. New hinges fitted to pilot berth and folding table in aft cabin

Forecabin: This is accessed via a double folding door for added privacy and has a “V” berth with infill to create a double. Large storage areas beneath the berth and netted storage in addition to spacious shelving all around. New halogen lights.
Heads: Newly refurbished wall surfaces, new Jabsco marine toilet, basin with hot and cold water supply and shower head attachment, electric shower pump out, toilet roll holder, towel hooks, vent.
Hanging Lockers: Two very dry and spacious hanging lockers to starboard offer further valuable stowage, air vent fitted.
Saloon: U-shaped seating area to port which converts to form a double berth, central table with folding leaves, bottle stowage and fiddles, settee berth to starboard. Fold down additional pilot berth port side. Storage behind and beneath seating with further lockers above. Wooden glass holder rack. reading lights on bulkhead
Galley: Aft to port and equipped with gimballed Plastimo 2000 gas cooker with 2-burners, oven and grill (new 2003), twin stainless steel sinks with hot/cold water supply (new tap and pipe fittings 2002), replaceable under-sink water filter and salt water tap, 12v built in fridge, separate deep cool box. Deep and spacious rubbish container. Smoked Perspex covered deep storage and shelving for cutlery and food items, kitchen roll holder and spice rack.
Aft Cabin: Separate aft cabin berth with door for privacy and opening window into cockpit - acts as a double or spacious single. Storage beneath berth, closing cupboards, shelving and netted storage, vanity mirror and folding shelf.
Nav area: nav seat with cushion and underneath locker. Winch handles. Nav table with ample space for charts etc Side stowage space.

Mechanical Systems
Located under companionway, Volvo 2003 28hp diesel engine. Freshwater cooled. Single lever controls with electric start. Shaft drive to fixed 2-bladed propeller. QL calorifier (water heater) fitted with immersion coil. The engine has been winterised annually, regularly serviced and had a new starter motor and sea water pump installed in 2010.

Electrical Systems
3 x 12v Vetus domestic gel batteries under quarter berth and 1 x 12v engine battery in stern cockpit locker all charged via engine alternator. Shore power system with 2 x (UK 3 pin) sockets, Master Volt battery charger (new 2009) and hot water immersion coil. Full 12v interior cabin lighting, upgraded throughout.

Sails & Spars
Masthead rigged bermudan sloop. Selden silver anodised mast with Fredriksen ball bearing sail slide system in track on back of mast (new 2001) and Kemp boom . Stainless steel standing rigging. Terylene running rigging. Slab reefing mainsail with lazyjacks. Spinnaker gear with sheet winches, cleats, uphaul, downhaul, spinnaker pole and pole
attachment fittings. Furlex Genoa Type B Mark II furling and reefing system with double groove. Double fairlead genoa cars. Kemp Strut kicker. Additional removable inner forestay.
